Yes, completely. Your domain is registered in your name and the site is yours. There is no lock-in — if you ever want to leave, we will hand over your files and help you move.
No. Your design price is fixed and agreed before we start, and hosting is a flat annual (or monthly) fee. The only thing billed separately is optional extras you specifically ask for, like extra pages or an online shop.
We will contact you well in advance of your renewal date. If a renewal is missed, we may need to suspend the site temporarily, but nothing happens without fair warning first, and reactivating is quick once renewed.
One flat monthly price covers your build and hosting together, so there is no deposit to find upfront. There is a 12-month minimum to cover the build, then it simply continues month to month for as long as you want it.
