Revision requests

  • The description of changes you request and any follow-up correspondence

Technical data

  • Session cookies (small files stored in your browser to keep you logged in — see our Cookie Policy)

We do not collect payment card details. Payments are handled separately and are not processed through this website.

3. Why We Collect It (Legal Basis)

  • Contract: To provide the web design and hosting service you have requested — including handling your brief, revisions and project correspondence.
  • Legitimate interests: To respond to enquiries submitted via the contact form and to manage our business relationship with you.

  • Hosting provider (IONOS): Our website and its database are hosted on IONOS UK servers. Your data is stored on those servers.
  • Email service: Emails sent from this site use the server's mail function. We do not use third-party email marketing platforms.

All data is stored on UK-based servers.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

  • Contact form messages: We keep these for as long as is necessary to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards for reference.
  • Account and project data: Kept for the duration of your project and for up to 6 years afterwards in line with standard UK business record-keeping requirements.
  • Revision requests: Kept as part of your project record.

You can request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 8).

7. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your data, including:

  • HTTPS encryption on all pages (SSL certificate)
  • Passwords stored as secure one-way hashes (bcrypt)
  • Database access restricted to authorised users only
  • Admin area password-protected and separate from the customer area
